This project will install one or more new emergency and standby power transfer switches, associated cabling, and new electrical distribution equipment to replace the existing transfer switch and existing electrical distribution equipment in their current location in the basement main electrical room of Black Engineering. Final Completion: September 24, 2024 TSB goal: 10% Questions regarding the scope of work should be directed to the Design Professional. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 calendar days after the date of opening. The Board of Regents, State of Iowa, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept that bid which is deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
