Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of December 8, 2023. project was awarded to Vinton Construction in the amount to $44,242.50** Concrete Work Related to the Marina Park Beach Access Path. This Project consists of the reinforced concrete pathways along the shoreline at the site of the future waterfront park on State Highway 57 south of the Baileys Harbor Town Marina. The site was formerly the Nelson Hardware property, which was purchased by the Town then demolished and cleared in fall of 2022. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Construction of concrete pathways adjacent to the stone seatwalls, with accessible path down to beach o Note that stacked stone seatwalls at waterfront are by others and will be installed in the same timeframe as concrete walks. Concrete Contractor will be expected to coordinate installation schedule with wall Contractor. o Wall Contractor will complete site grading. Path Contractor responsible for subgrade compaction and preparation. o Path staking to be approved by Owner's Representative in the field prior to construction.
