Montgomery County operates a 14-acre Public Safety Training Campus (PSTC) at 1175 Conshohocken Road in Plymouth Township, Pennsylvania and seeks to construct a new live fire training building to entirely replace its existing 6,400 SF structural burn building. This solicitation will secure a specialized architectural and engineering (A&E) team to perform an initial programming exercise for the Department of Public Safety (DPS) in order to subsequently provide design services which enable construction of the building through a public low-bid procurement effort that is compliant with Pennsylvania Separations Act requirements.
