December 31, 2024 Anticipated Completion Date This Request for Proposal is to solicit a contractor to work alongside a City contracted surveyor and mapper, to televise, clean storm pipe, and expose and adjust manholes as the asset management inventory and condition assessment moves forward. Clean and CCTV stormwater pipes with diameters of 24" or less within the area shown in Attachment C. Note that not all stormwater pipes of 24" or less in diameter have been located, so there may be more of them than what Attachment C shows. Expose and adjust buried manhole lids as determined by the City or City"s survey and mapping consultant. Include any site restoration required. The City of Englewood shall have the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. In addition, the City reserves the right to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City. A
