Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each Bid shall be accompanied by an appropriate guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Englewood in an amount of not less than 5% of the bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, either in part or whole; to waive any informalities or defects in the proposal, and to accept such proposal as it deems to be in the best interests of the City.
