The selected Contractor shall provide all , materials, traffic control, and equipment necessary to construct the Median Maintenance Project as detailed in the attached maps and specifications. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each Bid shall be accompanied by an appropriate guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Englewood in an amount of not less than 5% of the bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any technical defects in submittals.
