This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to secure the most qualified consultant to perform field investigations within the City right-of-way and of City facilities, evaluate City policies and programs, and prepare an ADA Transition Plan in order to identify obstacles limiting accessibility, describe methods to improve accessibility, and specify a schedule for achieving ADA compliance. The City is interested in contracting for an Americans Disabilities Act (ADA) Consultant (Consultant) to further the City's efforts to offer all its residents' access to its facilities and all public spaces. This consulting includes on-site auditing, plan review, and the development of a Transition Plan (self-evaluation) as required by Title II of the ADA. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any technical defects in Proposals.
