The general scope of this includes: Data review and workshop regarding current system functionality, operational optimization, condition, and safety assessment for the two Finished Water HSPS Alternative analysis for rehabilitation and improvement options for the HSPS based on findings Decision making workshop Concept (10% design) drawing preparation of the selected alternative. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any technical defects in Proposals
