Renovation of a municipal facility in Brush, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Below is a list of structures that need roof restoration from the June 2023 hail storm. Included are descriptions from our insurance adjustor of what is needed within your quote. The City would like all work to be completed by June of 2024. Itemize costs in your Bid. The City is considering options for replacement materials, so in addition to the cost estimates of 'like-for-like', include the cost of class 4 impact-resistant shingles as an option where asphalt shingles need replacement, as well as the cost for metal roofing replacement instead of asphalt shingles. Basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible Bid as determined by the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional Bids. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or to waive any technical defects in the bidding process as the best interest of the City may be served.
