Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brush, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of work includes Removal of existing pavers in section where existing pavers are no longer level with surrounding area Compaction of material and releveling of bedding; and where needed, adding additional bedding material (see Exhibit B for As-Built details) Reinstallation of pavers. Details Removal of the existing to level the ground in the inlays to allow Brick Pavers to be level with existing sidewalk and curb as needed. Pavers are in an area of (6) - 5'x75' along the 100, 200 & 300 blocks of Clayton St, (4) -5'x100' sections along the Edison St intersecting Clayton St, Corner Placements (14) - 3'x7', and accent placements in the sidewalks leading up to buildings (16) - 2'x8' & (24) 2'x4'. [Note, sizes are estimates, on site visit will be needed for exact location] Bench(es) might be placed in the paver area during installation of pavers to allow for downtown seating while allowing pedestrian access to the walkway, maintain adequate sidewalk walkability, and will be placed and/or anchored at the proper depths. If grant funds are awarded to City as stated above, which is expected to be known by the end of November, project bid will be awarded no later than January 31, 2025, and project will be required to be completed by June 1, 2025.
