**As of March 18, 2024, This project has been awarded to A-1 Rocky Mountain Chip Seal, with the awarded amount of $332,935.35.** The City of Brush is accepting sealed Bids for the 2024 asphalt preservation project. Furnish and placement of Type II slurry seal of the approximate amounts: Type II slurry seal: 878,714 square feet (97,635 square yards) No pre-bid meeting will be held. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful BIDDER, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional Bids.
