As of 1/11/2024 no bids were received. Installation of Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation within the Gambrel Attic ofthe Lebanon Community Center at 872 Trumbull Highway, Lebanon. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be Monday December 11,10 AM on Site. (Gambrel Attic Area needs to be measured for actual dimensions). Building Permit fees are not applicable to this Project. Project is Tax Exempt and non-Wage Scale. Bidder shall have a current License from the State of CT Dept, ofConsumer Protection. o Insurance Certificate (Town of Lebanon Certificate Holder) shall be submitted with Bid. a. General Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence b. Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence c. Workers Compensation: Per State Standards Town of Lebanon retains the right to award the Contract to the low, qualified and responsible firm. Town of Lebanon Ct is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
