Site Address: 5520 Lacy Rd Work will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary to complete in a workmanlike manner, the well maintenance work in accordance with the Standard Specifications provided in the RFP. Work at Well 10 will generally consist of mobilizing to the well, pulling the pump assembly, assessing the condition of all below ground equipment, televising the well, re-moving debris and sand, providing and reviewing written recommendation of equipment replacements and maintenance with Owner, mechanically and chemically treating the well, providing all replacement equipment, installing all below ground equipment, testing, demobilizing, cleanup, providing submittals and O&M information, and for any other incidentals necessary to perform the work per the plans and Standard Specifications. Work at Well 4 will generally consist of mobilizing to Well 4, pulling the portion of the pump assembly necessary to inspect the stray voltage equipment, replacing the anode and cable within the well, reinstalling the pump assembly, chemically treating the well, testing, demobilizing, cleanup, and for any other incidentals necessary to perform the work per the plans and Standard Specifications.
