Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Chimayo, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the addition of a 5,818-square-foot fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Question Deadline 10/22/2024 Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. The Work shall consist of furnishing materials, labor, equipment and supervision for the construction of a gravity retaining wall structure in accordance with the requirements of this Section and in acceptable conformity with the lines, grades, design and dimensions shown in the project site plans. No geogrid reinforcing will be allowed for this type of wall system. This system will be designed purely as a gravity wall. The Santa Fe County Public Works Department requests bids for the purpose of procuring a licensed, insured, and qualified Contractor to provide construction services for an expansion of the Chimayo Fire Station apparatus bay utilizing construction plans and technical specification from Molzen Corbin. Bids may be held for ninety (90) days subject to all action by the County. Santa Fe County reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or in whole. A completed bid package must be submitted in a sealed container indicating the bid title and number along with the bidding firms name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container.
