The work to be done consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials as well as performing all work in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications for Concrete Requirement Repair and Miscellaneous Repair to OMA Buildings, at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. All work performed by the Contractor shall result in a complete and functional system. The task orders to be awarded under this contract will be for miscellaneous concrete items throughout Fort Leavenworth, within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238110 (Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors), with a corresponding Size Standard of $19 million. The proposed contract will be for One Base Year with 2 one-year renewable options, resulting in the maximum contract ordering period of 3 years. The rough order of magnitude for overall value of this action estimated between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 for the base year and option years, if exercised.
