Major components of Project Work consist of removal and disposal of two 10,000- gallon double wall underground storage tanks which are split into four chambers. Removal and disposal of four 500-gallon aboveground storage tanks, ten 55-gallon steel drums containing gasoline. Removal of all associated fueling system items including but not limited to dispensers, electrical conduit/wires, sump, air/water units, all underground fuel piping, vent, vent pipes, pumps, concrete fuel island. Contractor is to obtain all required permits as well as conduct any and all testing required by the Los Angeles County Public Works Environmental Programs Contractors State License Classification required to bid Project is A and HAZ Availability of Funds: Award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds through the States normal budget process and/or transfer of funds to the Department of General Services through the Architecture Revolving Fund. The bids shall include all Work pursuant to the Drawings and Project Manual, and Addenda as may be issued prior to bid opening date. Bidders Bond shall be executed by an admitted surety insurer, authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California. All Contractors and subcontractors, regardless of tier, shall be required to comply with the Monitoring and Enforcement Program, including, but not limited to, contractor registration, submittal of electronic certified payroll reports directly to the DIR as applicable and cooperation with on-site monitoring by DIR personnel.
