Site work for an educational facility in Longview, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
As of February 13, 2024, the project has not been awarded yet. 1. Obtain and pay for all necessary permits, insurance and Payment & Performance Bonds 2. Provide portable toilets for workers as building facilities will not be available to contractors 3. Replace 3' and 4' fence at Northlake with new 6' fence and supporting posts at Northlake 4. Install four 4' wide gates with self-closing hinges, panic bars, plates to mount panic bars and minimal grab handle with BEST core compatible cylinder at Northlake 5. Install 6' high fence between two sections of the building at Mt. Solo Middle School (approx. 90') 6. Install one 4' wide gate with self-closing hinges, panic bars, plates to mount panic bars and minimal grab handle with BEST core compatible cylinder 7. All pivot points, strikes (latches) and U-Bolts shall be welded to keep them from coming loose 8. Clean up all debris and remove excess soil.
