Saving Project...

Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The project shall include the addition of the Town Hall building to the current Municipal Garage. The Town Board may attend the opening; such attendance will be properly noticed. Subcontractors are not required to submit the Bidders Qualification Statement. The Bidders Qualification Statement form is included in the specifications. Board Consideration and Possible Awarding: January 31, 2024 RFI Deadline: January 10, 2024 Qualification submittals will be held confidential. American Rescue Plan Act funds will be utilized for the project. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to accept any bid which, in the judgment of the Town, may be most advantageous to it. The acceptance or rejection of any bid submitted is final and binding on all bidders without recourse by rejected bidders against the Town of LaFayette.
