Site work for a civil project in John d'or Prairie, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new lagoon and collection system upgrades to Little Red River Cree Nation for John D'Or community. The scope of the design will be fully determined during the planning and conceptual design phase. For engineering fee purposes, assume the scope of the design to include but are not limited to the following: Four new 2000 m3 anaerobic cells New 45,000 m3 facultative cell New 275,000 m3 storage cell New Pumping Station #1 approximately 450 m NE of Kayas College including the regrading of 580 m of existing sewer main from the existing station to flow north, regrading of 390 m of existing sewer main from sewage pumping station to school and forcemain replacement. Assume new pumping Station to include standby generator, have building enclosure, dry/wet well style, sewage grinder, all-weather access road, and fence site enclosure. New Pumping Station #2 approximately 150 m NW of current location including new sewer trunk main along Tallcree Road and forcemain replacement. Assume new pumping Station to include standby generator, have building enclosure, dry/wet well style, sewage grinder, all-weather access road, and fence site enclosure. Decommissioning of the old lagoon, pumping stations, and forcemains. TIMELINE: Project is in preliminary stages. Design work hasn't started yet. Further details and project schedules may be confirmed in 2026.
