RACW is an equal opportunity agency. the services enumerated in detail in Paragraph 3 ofthis Contract include technical advice and assistance in connection with certain project improvementwork in the Project Area funded by the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement Fund (PHARE) designated as Liberty Tower Parking Lots Reconstruction Project No. PH 23-01, approved by Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). The Project requires preparation of pertinent maps and drawings and performance of other incidental work in connection therewith. All materials concerning the Project have been supplied to Engineer and any additional information which the Authority has on file shall be made available to Engineer upon request. Preliminary engineering design and drawings for the Project shall be completed in one phase and shall include, but not be limited to, preparation of detailed engineering plans, specifications, design work, and contract documents to present to bidders specifically designed to meet all PHFA PHARE, State and local laws, ordinances and regulations.
