The City of St. Charles ("City") is requesting proposals for an agreement that will aid in the expansion of the City's water supply system. The water well development will cover miscellaneous services such as project planning, well site location, permitting, test hole drilling, well conversation, test well drilling, well development, well test pumping, and well performance reports for the City's water distribution and sewer collection system project(s).
