The Proposed Work is Retaining Wall Repair on State Route 115 (Bear Creek Boulevard) Between East Mountain Boulevard and Bridge Over Reading Blue Mountain & Northern Railroad in Plains Township, Luzerne County. The Work for This Will Include Removing the Material Behind the Cribbing Wall, Placing Steel I-beams and Angles on the Existing Posts and Placing Timber Cribbing Between the New Posts. The Wall Will Then Be Backfilled With Material and Pavement Will Be Replaced at Top of Wall. New Drainage Will Be Installed at Indicated Locations.
