This Project is for the Replacement of an Existing Structure on State Route 115, Section 353 in Plains Township, Luzerne County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This Project is Located on Sr 115 South With a L.o.w. From Segment 0301 Offset 1109 (Station 224+01) to Segment 0291 Offset 1874 (Station 205+17) and an Overall Project Length of 1784.00 Linear Feet (0.34 Miles). The Proposed Work is Retaining Wall Repair on State Route 115 (Bear Creek Boulevard) Between East Mountain Boulevard and Bridge Over Reading Blue Mountain & Northern Railroad in Plains Township, Luzerne County. The Work for This Will Include Removing the Material Behind the Cribbing Wall, Placing Steel I-beams and Angles on the Existing Posts and Placing Timber Cribbing Between the New Posts. The Wall Will Then Be Backfilled With Material and Pavement Will Be Replaced at Top of Wall. New Drainage Will Be Installed at Indicated Locations. Two Lanes of Traffic Will Be Maintained During Construction. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
