Boone County, Arkansas is seeking request for qualifications for architectural services to 1 ) provide an elevation, floor plan, and cost estimate for an application for the Community Development Block Grant Program through the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for funding to renovate Grandmas House CAC located at 501 West Stephenson Ave Harrison, AR 72601 2) provide architectural services for the project if the grant is awarded. The application is due in April 2024. Payment will be made only through the grant if the application is successful. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance, capacity, and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. Questions concerning the RFQ package may be addressed to Chelsey Weaver, NWAEDD, Inc., at cweaver@nwaedd.org. The qualification receiving the highest total points in the proposal evaluation process may be selected for negotiation of contract.
