South Holly Street and Charlou Drive: Two inch (2) roto mill and asphalt overlay. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % The successful Bidder will be required to furnish, as part of the Contract, insurance certificates in the amount specified in the General Conditions, a Performance, Payment, Maintenance and Warranty Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, said bond to be issued by responsible corporate surety approved by the City, The City reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
