License Requirements : Class A Liquidated Damages : $100/day Estimated Bid Value : 276000 Project Duration : 45 Days Online Q&A : Yes Q&A Deadline : 01/17/2024 5:00 PM (PST) The City of Madera is soliciting bids for the reconstruction of two basketball courts located at McNally Park, 825 South A Street, Madera, CA 93638. The project includes: Basketball Court #1 is constructed of asphalt, measuring 108 feet by 50 feet. This basketball court has a playing court measuring 84 feet by 50 feet. Basketball Court #2 is also constructed of asphalt and measures 55 feet by 104 feet. This second court is composed of two half courts, each measuring 50 feet by 50 feet. The City intends to reconstruct both courts, with concrete surfacing and converting Court #2 to one full playing court at 84 feet by 50 feet. The City reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bid proposals or parts thereof, and to accept or reject the alternatives individually or jointly, for any reason. Both shall have a playing court measuring 84 feet by 50 feet, including striping.
