Fourth Street, Madera, CA 93637 The Madera County Treasurers Office Admin TI project consists of tenant improvement to Treasurer's Department on the second floor of an existing 4 story building. There will be selective demolition. Work includes reconfiguring layout of the lobby and coffee room. Question Deadline 03/15/2024 at 5:00 PM PT All contractual and technical questions should be directed to the Capital Projects Manager, Ricky Arredondo, at ricky.arredondo@maderacounty.com. CONTRACTORS LICENSE: The Contractor shall possess a valid California Class B license or necessary permit(s) at the time this Project is bid. Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the appropriate classification(s) of contractor's license(s), for the work bid upon, and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the Contract. It is recommended that each bidder examines the site of work before bidding and shall be responsible for having acquired full knowledge of the job and of all problems affecting it. No variations or allowances from the contract sum will be made because of lack of such examination. County can accommodate site visits if needed, coordinate with Project Manager.
