Renovation of a mixed-use development in Madera, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
MTHS Pool Bleacher Project Bidders shall be required to have a valid class "A" and/or "B" Contractor's License. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check , or bidders bond in an amount not less than ten (10%) percent of the total bids made payable to MUSD. The substitution of appropriate securities in lieu of retention amounts from progress payments in accordance with public Contract Code Section 22300 is permitted Any questions related to obtaining bid documents shall be directed to Matt Heiss / Darden Architects at matth@dardenarchitects.com. Refer questions to Matt Heiss at Darden Architects via email @ matth@dardenarchitects.com no later than January, 24, 2024 @ 02:00 p.m. Only questions received via email will be responded to. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 et seq of the California Labor Code, each worker of the contractor and any of its subcontractors engaged in work on the Project shall be paid not less than the prevailing wage rate.
