Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accord with the Request for Bid. The bidding and letting of Contracts herein advertised is subject to compliance with all applicable statutory requirements. The Owner is considered a qualifying exempt entity, therefore Section 77.54(9m), Wis. Stats. sales and use tax exemption will be utilized on this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept any bid, reject any and all bids, and upon acceptance of any bid, to thereafter accept revisions or modifications on such bid. The Bid Package is comprised of 58,605 SF selective demolition, patching, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and new security cameras *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
