Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Whitehall, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Whitehall reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City. Main Street to Abrams Street, on the north side 2.) Abrams Street, from Street to Scranton Street, on the east side 3.) Abrams Street, from Street to the alley, on the west side SPECIFICATIONS: Bid should contain separate dollar amounts for each section of sidewalk replacement as noted above in 1, 2, and 3, and then a total project cost. City specifications and ordinance MUST be adhered to. _ All pedestrian sidewalks to be 5" thick, and walks that have vehicle traffic are to be 7" thick. _ All work includes tear out and disposal of existing concrete. _ Concrete to be standard 4000 psi. _ Fill sand where required. _ All control joints to be tooled. _ Detectable warning fields at corners (crosswalks). _ All sidewalks shall be backfilled and landscaped with pulverized and seeded soil, where applicable. _ All work to be ADA compliant.
