County Surveyor Contract Trempealeau County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public RFP procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so and to waive any and all informalities in the public's interest. In the award of a contract for services, Trempealeau County will consider the element of time, will accept the proposal or proposals which in their estimation will best serve the interests of Trempealeau County and will reserve the right to award the contract to the Contractor whose proposal must be best for the public good. A contract incorporating the terms of this RFP will be entered into by the successful professional after award of the project and before any possession or work may commence. Submittal of the qualifications and fee schedule does not grant, or intend to grant, a contract or agreement to commence work until the Trempealeau County Board has approved the award and entered into a contractual agreement with said individual. Question Deadline 11/18/2024 at 4:30 PM CT Contractors may submit questions regarding this Request to Ann Hempel, Land Records Modernization Coordinator, at ann.hempel@co.trempealeau.wi.us. Response to Questions November 20, 2024, no later than 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
