General requirements including mobilization, de-mobilization and survey layout etc. 2. Saw cut, removal and re-use/disposal off existing 544m2 road structure (400mm - 500mm depth). 3. Supply & install new 86m, 100mm dia. HDPE DR 11 forcemain c/w tracer wire, polyethylene insulated # 14 AWG solid SB (1/64") gauge copper and plug (min. 3m depth; Shored Vertical Trench/ Horizontal Directional Drilling). 4. Supply & install new 26m, 50mm dia. HDPE DR 11 sanitary service connection complete by gravity (Shored Vertical Trench/ Horizontal Directional Drilling; subject to site condition and deletion). 5. Supply & install new 11m, 50mm dia. HDPE DR 11 sanitary service connection complete by gravity (Shored Vertical Trench/ Horizontal Directional Drilling; subject to site condition and deletion). 6. Supply & install new 406m, 300mm dia. C-900, PVC DR18 watermain (min. 3m depth, shored vertical trench). 7. Supply & install new 90m, 300mm dia., C-900, PVC DR18 watermain with steel casing pipe 500mm dia., 12.7mm thick stainless steel casing, spacer BWM-R or equivalent as per manufacturer specifications (3m - 4m depth; installed by cased boring/augering). 8. Supply and install 3 new 300mm Gate Valve c/w Valve Box. 9. Supply and install 6 new Fire Hydrant, Valve and Lead complete. 10. Supply and install 1 new flush point. 11. Supply and install 3 new water service connections complete including 100mm Gate Valve c/w Valve Box and cap (subject to site condition and deletion). 12. 200m3 over excavation and disposal of unsuitable material (subject to site condition and deletion). 13. 200m3 over excavation and placement of washed rock (subject to site condition and deletion). 14. 100m special foundation (subject to site condition and deletion). 15. 3,400m3 common excavation, transportation and/or dispose off (cut; subject to site condition and deletion). 16. 3,400m3 supply and install granular base course (compacted fill; subject to site condition and deletion). 17. 560m3 supply and install new Sub-Grade preparation (150 mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion) 18. 1,122m3 supply and install new gravel base course (GBC; 300 mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion). 19. 3,740m2 supply and install new hotmix asphalt concrete paving (M1 PG 58-28; 100 mm depth; two lifts; 50mm and 50mm; subject to site condition and deletion). 20. 3,740m2 cement stabilization (25Kg/m2/300mm; subject to site condition and deletion). 21. 720m ditch re-construction complete including erosion protection, topsoil and seeding (subject to site condition and deletion). 22. 1,440m2 supply and install new topsoil (100 mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion). 23. 1,440m2 supply and install seeding (subject to site condition and deletion). 24. 400m2 supply and install sod (subject to site condition and deletion).
