Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Quilcene, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This contract provides for the improvement of Center Road, M.P. 10.34 to M.P. 14.58 by asphalt planing, asphalt paving, drainage facilities, striping, and other work, near Quilcene, Washington, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Engineers Estimate is $1,663,767.75. The Jefferson County Public Works, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
