The general scope of the work to be accomplished is as shown in the enclosed Exhibits and/or the attached specifications. Bid Security: A certified or bank cashier's check for 5 percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. Start date no later than 10 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed, and the project must be completed by February 25, 2026. Event bid note: Proposals must be filled out in ink or typewritten. No alterations or interlineations will be permitted, unless made before submission, initialed, and dated. The winning bidder will be required to submit an electronic copy of the Proposal Table upon request. Bid Forms: All proposals must be made on the District provided bid proposal form.
