Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cartersville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project will consist of providing all labor, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary for furnishing and installing one (1) Peerless Pump horizontal split-case pump and motor; one (1) 8-inch angle pump control valve; and one (1) motor control center, in each of two existing, operational water pump stations, all with related piping, fittings, valves appurtenances, electrical work, painting, and incidentals, including hydrostatic testing, flushing, disinfection, start-up, and clean-up for a complete and operational third pump addition. The Two (2) pump additions will be for the Busch Drive Pump Station and the Cassville Road Pump Station. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, or other security authorized by law, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all technicalities or informalities.
