The project will likely be awarded on February 26th, with contracts finalized shortly thereafter.** Description of the Work: The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Base Bid - Corinth Elementary School and SM South High School The existing demolition includes removal of existing flooring and stair treads/risers as noted at all locations shown on the drawings and prep/repair floor slabs - including crack repair as occurs - to receive new flooring. The project also consists of new walk-off carpet tile, new rubber tile flooring, new stair treads/risers, new resilient base and nosings - as occur, and new metal flooring transitions. Some touch-up painting at existing stair stringers is included in the scope. Alternate #1 - Trailridge Middle School The existing demolition includes removal of existing flooring at all locations shown on the drawings and prep/repair floor slabs - including crack repair as occurs - to receive new flooring. The project also consists of new walk-off carpet tile, new rubber tile flooring, new resilient base, and new metal flooring transitions. Alternate #2 - Shawnee Mission West High School The existing demolition includes removal of existing flooring at all locations shown on the drawings and prep/repair floor slabs - including crack repair as occurs - to receive new flooring.
