Site work for a water / sewer project in South Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 8, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. A. Replacement of 30 linear feet of 15" diameter CMP storm sewer pipe in Highland Road with new inlet. B. Locating a buried lamphole and replacing with 4 foot diameter manhole and lining from new manhole to MI-1 PF834 (140 lf). C. Cured in place lining of two sewer segments D. Contractor to verify all lengths, diameters and tap locations before starting. E. Contractor to pre- and post CCTV sewer segments to be lined. F. Contractor to complete final clean-up. G. Contractor to by-pass pump. Each Proposal shall be accompanied either by a certified check or approved surety company's Bid Bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, which shall be payable to the Owner, as designated in the Advertisement, as payee or oblige, and the full amount of said check or bond shall be forfeited and payable as damages occasioned to the Owner if the Bidder fails to execute he Contract form(s) incorporated in these documents and furnish the specified bond or bonds within ten (10) days after notification of Award of the Contract to the Bidder. All bidders desiring to secure their respective bids with bid bonds shall use the form appended to the Proposal, inserted herein immediately following the Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
