Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Collierville, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The proposed roof maintenance project will consist of applying a quality coating and fabric system where old screw fasteners with rubber grommets will be replaced with new ones, a fabric sheet applied across all seams and valleys, and a UV-resistant, weathertight liquid roof coating rolled over the entire roof system giving the metal roof system ten (10) years of leak free service. (Using 2023 pricing, the roof should be recoated in 2035 for $4.00 sq. ft. or $151,732.) As required by Tennessee statute, the Town will contract with a roofing consultant (licensed engineer) to prepare bid documents for soliciting bids. The project is include in the City's 2023-2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
