This is a Request of Bids for the purchase and installation of one walk-in refrigerator and freezer for RA Long High School and Central Kitchen. 1. RA Long High School will use existing Refrigeration. Vendor will be responsible for removing, storing and reconnecting existing refrigeration into the new cooler/freezer. 2. Central Kitchen will need new refrigeration and coolers/freezer. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and/or irregularities. Should discrepancies or omissions occur in specifications or bidder is in doubt as to their meaning, notify the Purchasing Department by email at Purchasing@longview.k12.wa.us or by telephone at 360-575-7905. This project is a federally funded public works project, and as such is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. Anyone awarded the bid must be approved for and in good standing with Federal and Washington Prevailing Wage as of the contract execution date.
