Site work and paving for a civil project in Saint Paul, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of construction approximately 975 SY of 10" doweled concrete pavement, 17,560 SY of 7" concrete pavement with integral curb and gutter, and 45 SY 5" concrete pavement, 3,400 LF of 36", 24", and 18" storm sewer pipe, drainage structures, detention ponds, 2,215 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer gravity main, 800 LF of 4" sanitary sewer service line, 790 LF of 2" sanitary sewer force main, manholes, packaged lift station, 3,800 LF of 8" D.I. water main with nitrile gaskets, 1,110 LF of 1" copper water service tubing, fittings, valves, hydrants, site removals, clearing and grubbing, ditch grading, site grading and earthwork, dewatering, traffic control, 37 acres of seeding, electrical work for the lift station and lighting along Highway 281 and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to the St. Paul Development Corporation, 423 Howard Ave., St. Paul, Nebraska 68873 as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. The St. Paul Development Corporation reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous to the them, and to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of sixty days after the bids are open. The Work will be substantially complete on or before November 15. 2024; Final completion on or before December 6, 2024.
