Bid Amount is greater than $50,000.00 The Work to be completed under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to: Abandon/replace electrical in the Office section of the building and work bench area in the garage. See attached Statement of Work. The contractor shall furnish, but is not necessarily limited to, all necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and permits required for the satisfactory completion of all items at the project site as indicated. Abandon the existing wiring in both offices, bathroom and workbench areas and rewire in surface mount metal conduit. New outlets will be added in the radio charging area to accommodate ample charging capability. All conduit, devices, light fixtures and non-current carrying raceways shall be grounded per the National Electrical Code. Ground Fault protection for personnel shall be installed where required.
