PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The main office will be relocated and a new secured entrance from the main entrance vestibule will be created. The former staff lounge will move to the former main office area. Work includes interior demolition, light gauge metal wall framing, drywall systems, acoustical lay-in ceilings, tile, vinyl plank, and carpet flooring, painting, doors, casework, and plumbing/mechanical/electrical systems. The project scope also includes new exterior windows. Project Location: 101 Sylvester Avenue, Berrien Springs, MI 49103 this project consists of flipping the locations of the office and staff lounge to facilitate the entrance security function of these improvements. architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology improvements are included in this project.
