The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 7,000 S Y Bituminous Pavement Reclamation 5 EACH Clearing and Grubbing 500 C Y Common Excavation 100 C Y Aggregate Surfacing 1,800 TON Bituminous Mainline Pavement 500 SY Bituminous Driveway Pavement 10 EACH Casting Assembly & Chimney Seals 1,000 L F Concrete Curb & Gutter 20 EACH Temporary Mailboxes 60 L F Storm Sewer 100 L F Storm Drainage Structures 3,000 L F Silt Fence/Bioroll 1,200 S Y Erosion Control Blanket 300 C Y Topsoil 1,500 S Y Hydroseeding & Sodding 2,400 L F Pavement Striping 500 L F Sewer Service Lining The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
