Site work and paving for a road / highway in Burns Harbor, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of February 22, 2024, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available. 2023 Westport Trail Connection The Project consists of approximately 1,450 feet of HMA resurface work, topsoil stripping, restoration, and concrete work wholly within the Town of Burns Harbor. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Indiana State Form 96 and be certified to do work in the State of Indiana. Additional Bidding requirements are in the Instructions to bidders included in the Project Documents. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
