Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Services The project will consist of the following pavement treatments: o 8" Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) - 33,048 LF o 2" Milling & Paving - 6,880 LF o 1.5" Milling & Paving - 54,280 LF o 1." Thin Lift Overlay - 16,151 LF All streets shown on the construction plans are located within County Club Units 1 through 10 in the City of Palm Bay Right of Way. Construction shall include all incidental work items to be performed as per construction plans to include FDR operation, milling and paving, thin lift overlay, utility riser adjustments, edge grading, sodding, sidewalk connections and ADA additions, temporary striping and final thermoplastic striping and pay quantities provided in each of the bid documents. The selected contractor shall furnish and install all construction work identified on the plans and per the specifications identified herein.
