As of march 13,2024 the project was awarded to F & B Contractors with the amount of $498,705.75 Town Council Chambers of the Vinton Municipal Bldg. The Projects includes the following Work: Demolition of concrete and pavement, installation of concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, pedestrian refuge islands, pavement, Solar RRFB signals and foundations, removal of existing signage and placement of roadway and school signage and foundations, eradication of existing pavement markings and replacement of pavement markings. The Project has an expected duration of 90 days. The DBE contract goal for this procurement is one (1) percent for each of the crosswalk, a total of two (2) percent for the Project . For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, security, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bid Documents. The Project has an expected duration of 90 days.
