**As of September 25, 2020, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $466,294.61** The Project consists of streambank stabilization and stream restoration along approximately 1,300 feet of stream in Goode Park. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All questions: Please email drago@roanokecountyva.gov The Issuing Office is: The Financing Department Purchasing Division (Attn: Ms. Dawn Rago), County of Roanoke (540) 283-8150, DRAGO@roanokecountyva.gov. Address all questions to this office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Work will be substantially completed within 150 calendar days after the date when the Contract times commence to run s and completed and ready for final payment within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract times commence to run. Contractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price and all subsequent increases, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all of Contractor's obligations under the Contract Documents.
