Site work and paving for a road / highway in Leavenworth, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Bids must be written/typed and submitted on forms attached to and made a part of the contract documents. Ensure that you comply with all provisions regarding Affirmative Action, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Bid Bonds and other bidding conditions. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the office of the City Clerk, 100 N. Fifth, Leavenworth, KS 66048. Name of the bidder and "Project No. 10th Ave-TRAIL "10th Ave Trail Addition" shall be clearly written on the envelope. All firms wishing to bid on this project MUST ATTEND this meeting. A certified check, cashier's check or original bid bond must accompany all bids for not less than 5% of the amount of the bid: All bidders must have a current "Affirmative Action Approval Letter" from the City Manager's office on file with the City as outlined in Section V or their bid will not be considered. The Governing Body of the City of Leavenworth, Kansas reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
