Reference Number 0000263207 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/05 12:00:00 PM CST SECTION 1- Supply and Deposit Traffic Gravel Class “A” on PR 305 (Project ID No. C07411) Supplying, crushing, loading, hauling and depositing Traffic Gravel Class “A” on Provincial Road 305 from PTH 13 to PR 248 in the Rural Municipality of Dufferin. SECTION 2 – Supply and Deposit Traffic Gravel Class “A” on PR 305 (Project ID No. C07412) Supplying, crushing, loading, hauling and depositing Traffic Gravel Class “A” on Provincial Road 305 from PR 248 to PTH 3 in the Rural Municipality of Macdonald. SUB COMPLETION Shall be defined as all work required to complete the production of aggregate for Traffic Gravel Class “A” The work must be completed by no later than MARCH 31, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. COMPLETION All other work necessary for the completion of Supply/Deposit Traffic Gravel, Class “A” shall be completed free of daily liquidated damages on or before JULY 19, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. The maximum liquidation damage charge at any given time shall be FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for this project is: OCTOBER 31, 2024.
