To provide all labor, transportation, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to successfully perform janitorial services at the following four locations, Prince William Residency Complex, Lake Ridge AHQ, Gainesville AHQ and Dumfries AHQ. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One (1) year from date of award with four (4) optional renewal periods. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Lora Hagarty at Lora.Hagarty@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than five (5) days prior to the closing date. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, and incidentals as necessary to successfully perform janitorial services at the locations listed as contained herein. 2. Above Average Cleaning Standards: The Contractor shall provide an above average level of cleaning. This will provide unsolicited comments from employees or visitors and will make the cleaning complaint rare. 3. Contractor Qualifications: Bidders shall have a minimum of five (5) years prior experience providing janitorial services to businesses with buildings of similar sizes having similar requirements. The Contractor shall have sufficient qualified personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform the services as required herein.
