Renovation of a multi-residential development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
CityHousing Hamilton (CHH) requires a Contractor to replace existing make-up air units (MUA's), exhaust fans and roofing systems at 200 Jackson Street West, Hamilton, Ontario (the Subject Property). The Subject Property is an occupied 23-storey, residential building with 243 units. The base scope of Work is generally to: - Replace existing MUA's located within the mechanical penthouse and exhaust fans located on the roof with new roof-mounted MUA's equipped with Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV's). - Replace existing roofing systems above the 22nd floor and mechanical penthouse; and - Re-configure boiler venting at the mechanical penthouse. Provisional scope of Work is to: - Replace existing cladding and install new exhaust fans at the mechanical penthouse; and - Epoxy coat new MUA steel support structures. Refer to the Drawings and Specifications included in the Request for Tender documents for further details related to the scope of Work.
